I’ve been Exam Officer at a B Category HMP Establishment for the past 9 years. Pre Covid I recorded 6 Meditations now airing on our Prison TV system to over 55,000 prisoners a day in over 73 UK Prisons. When Covid Lockdown struck I was asked to write a Mindfulness in-cell workbook which supported our prisoners and was considered an example of best practice. This workbook is now being trialled on an innovative Digital Prisons project. I provide Mindfulness support to The NAEO, have a Mindfulness based course for students on managing Exam Stress and lead workshops in Schools
