My ‘on tour’ Exam Mindset workshop is now available online to help you be your best self.

Covering many standard Mindfulness techniques it looks at developing new thinking skills to tackle the fear that rises up at stressful times.

You’ll learn how to think well and how to recognise the moments that might dis-rail you. And once you do, I’ll show you some breathing exercises to calm things down and shake tension away.

Together, we’ll look at the process of bringing Mindfulness ideas into your everyday life.

The course includes  a number of ways to re-think fear and let it go, with releasing exercises, visualisations, affirmations and a  deep look at Meditation.

Your modular course comes with mp3s, Meditation video, scripts and pp68 updated workbook.
