What do they personally bring to the exam room?
And when something unexpected happens, how can they respond consciously rather than react automatically?

The narrated presentation runs for approximately 6 minutes.
Use it as a short continuous-play session when time is limited, or pause at the suggested points to allow reflection and discussion.
Invigilators are encouraged to consider:

- What do I bring to the role?
- What's the difference between reacting and responding?
- What would an exam session that “went well” look like to me?
This isn't a replacement for required invigilator training.
